Confused ?_?

I've been trying to figure out why I have gained 0.6lbs in the past two days. I'm thinking it's either:

a. Muscle due to working out more
b. Eating too close to going to bed
c. Not getting all the way to my calorie goal
d. All of the above?

Maybe it is a combination of all of those together. Although, I am still extremely proud of myself for loosing 4.4lbs in one week, and 8.2lbs total since March 29th. The little parts of pounds aren't that big of a deal. I just need to keep reminding myself that I have still lost weight - I haven't gone over my starting weight - I am going to get to my goal of 150lbs.

I never thought I'd ever say these words either but - I'm starting to enjoy working out. Last night I was on the elliptical for 25 minutes (when I first started out I could only do about 7 minutes before I would fall over and die). I'm not looking as working out as a punishment anymore, it's being active and kind of fun to see how far I can push myself.

Mkay I'm done!

I still can't believe you did 25 minutes on the elliptical! That' nuts! I'd pass out after 15! That sucker is intense!

as far as the weight gain option - I choose D. I personally CANT weigh myself daily - I dont know if thats what you do but it doesnt seem accurate. Our bodies fluctuate and one week seems like a good amount of time to measure progress - though if its working for you I'm not one to pursuade you otherwise. from what I've read so far it seems like you're doing a terrific job, you should be really proud of yourself! I never make new years resolutions, why at the beginning of the year - why not just do it so sticking to a 'get healthy plan' is just a nice little bonus to the year rather than what 2008 will be defined as. Anyway with all that said and done keep working hard and updating your blog - I'll be checking back =)
